A Celebration of Jewish Radicalism

In mid-December, Red Labour organised a wonderful event celebrating the riches of Jewish radicalism. It explored the past, present and future of radical activism in Jewish life through ideas, discussion, conversation and song, with brilliant array of participants from different parts of the Jewish left – Andrew Feinstein, Barnaby Raine, David Rosenberg, Leon Rosselson, Alexei Sayle and Naomi Wimborne-Idrissi, ending with live song from Phil Tomlinson, and chaired by Julia Bard of the Jewish Socialists' Group.

David Rosenberg spoke on "Old ideas for new times: Jewish self-determination in the diaspora" – ideas that are both the bedrock of and a springboard for the politics of the Jewish Socialists' Group. You can read his speech here.
